This Privacy Policy explains how Tucario ("we", "us") handles personal data on the Smarter Files marketing website (getsmarterfiles.com) and the Smarter Files Salesforce application available on the AppExchange.

Who we are

Smarter Files is built by Tucario. Contact: hello@tucario.com.

What we collect

Marketing website: anonymous product analytics (page views, clicks) via PostHog only after you grant consent. We do not collect names, emails, or IPs without your explicit action (e.g. submitting a contact form). Salesforce app: the app runs entirely inside your Salesforce org. Tucario does not receive any customer data from the app.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)) for analytics, and on legitimate interests for security and basic logging.

Sub-processors

PostHog (EU cloud, eu.i.posthog.com) — product analytics, only after consent. Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and Turnstile bot protection on the contact form. Maileroo — transactional email delivery for contact form submissions. All providers are bound by GDPR-compliant data processing agreements.

Your rights

Under GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, and port your data, and to object to processing. Contact hello@tucario.com to exercise these rights.
